This job will help develop your skills in:
• Identifying new growth opportunities
• Client relations/retention
• Onboarding new clients
• Customer Service
• Establish and track monthly projections
• Work closely with our Insurance Agents on their accounts Skills/Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, people oriented
• Attention to detail, follow through
• Basic computer proficiency
• Integrity and sound judgement Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer clients' emails/phone calls and respond to their needs in a timely manner
• Identify needs of clients and provide insurance quotes for new/existing accounts
• Document, track and summarize established solutions/changes made to accounts
• Work with management to identify, track and report monthly, quarterly and annual goals and growth opportunities.
• On-board new clients
• Process and provide certificates of insurance
• Contact outside insurance companies related to account changes and questions
• Take payments on client accounts
