Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-5:00PM Pay:
$20/hour Job Overview API Law specializes in estate planning and asset protection. We have been serving our community for many years by assisting clients to implement various strategies using legal structures like irrevocable and revocable living trusts and entities to protect their personal and business assets from creditors, lawsuits, and unforeseen liabilities. We are looking for a full-time customer service agent who is passionate about helping others, is self-driven, and can manage their time to effectively complete tasks and projects by their deadlines. As a customer service agent at our firm, you will act as the primary link between our clients and the company by handling inquiries, complaints, and payments via phone, email and text. Your primary duties include resolving customer issues, providing information on services and processes, documenting interactions in CRM systems, and collaborating with and supporting other departments to create high quality experiences for our customers Responsibilities Complete training on systems, products, and services to effectively assist clients. (All training is provided on-site, with some ongoing training) Onboard new clients and provide continued assistance to move clients through processes to complete their services. Help clients in processing payments for product renewals and subscriptions. Provide excellent customer service and support by answering inbound calls, texts, and emails to address questions and concerns. Assist in data-entry projects to update and maintain records. Help clients with scheduling/rescheduling calls across multiple calendars. Requirements 1-2 years of phone experience. General computer knowledge. Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Self-motivated and adaptability to changes and new systems. Ability to remain composed and objective. Professional standards to separate work from personal issues during office hours. Be kind, respectful, and professional to clients and colleagues.
