Headquartered in Milwaukie, Oregon, the company advanced the concept of eco-friendly pest control when it opened in 2008. Job Summary This position offers on-the-job training for the right applicant. Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are important for this position, which involves demonstrating 5-Star Customer Service and attention to detail in every customer interaction. Punctuality and attendance are critical. Some of the job duties include: Answering busy, multi-line phones. Scheduling appointments for new pest control customers. Conducting new customer "Welcome Out" calls with a positive & upbeat attitude. Verifying the data entry of customer accounts. Verifying customer payment details. Tracking and reporting new sales numbers from the sales teams. Tracking and reporting on any sales requiring a manager override. Maintaining the new customer appointment calendar.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Proficient computer skills (Google suite, software, and scripts) Ability to maintain focus in a Call Center environment. Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy in every transaction. Must be comfortable with a high volume of calls. High School Diploma or equivalent.
