Provo Towne Centre is seeking friendly and professional Customer Service Representatives to assist shoppers and provide excellent service. The ideal candidates will be customer-focused, reliable, and able to handle inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with questions, directions, and services Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally Provide information about stores, promotions, and events Maintain a clean and organized service area Coordinate with store staff and management when needed Support daily customer service operations

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
