About the Role We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and highly organized Client Success Specialist (CSS) to join our Client Success team! In this role, you'll work alongside our Client Success Managers to support new and existing clients throughout their digital marketing campaigns. You'll help keep communication, projects, and priorities moving while building strong relationships and creating an exceptional client experience. We're looking for someone who is a task killer, strong communicator, natural relationship builder, and proactive problem solver . Our Client Success team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together toward the common goal of helping our clients succeed.
