Front Desk Receptionist

• Full-Time Darrell's Appliance Position Overview Darrell's Appliance is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers.

This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience both in person and over the phone, while helping keep our service department running smoothly. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Create service tickets for customers. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or team member Create and manage service tickets for customer repair requests Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and rescheduling Provide general information and assist with customer inquiries Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic computer and data entry skills A positive attitude and willingness to help others

Schedule Monday-Friday:

9:30 AM

• 6:00

PM Rotating Saturdays:

10:00 AM
