The Role:
Client Support Specialist Is This You? Are you a natural communicator? Do you effortlessly build rapport with just about anyone, never hesitating to pick up the phone and make a connection? Are you a problem-solver? When faced with a software or process you've never seen before, is your first instinct always, "I don't know, but I can figure it out" ? Are you a versatile team player? You'll thrive in this role if you're happy to jump in where needed—from organizing client appreciation events to assisting with essential day-to-day tasks. As our Client Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for the general contractors, developers, and site superintendents who rely on our SWPPP services. You play a critical role in keeping projects compliant and operations running smoothly by bridging the gap between our clients and our team. Through incoming and outgoing calls and copious note-taking, you help keep our team on track and our clients happy.
What You Will Do Client Communication & Support Client Point of Contact:
Be the main voice for our clients by handling incoming calls and emails, then routing them to the right team member.
Project Prep:
Reach out to clients to gather essential project details (like site maps and schedules) to ensure our team is ready for the project..
Operations Support:
Assist in operations with general client requests to help keep projects running smoothly.
Administration & Relationship Management Client Care:
Oversee our client appreciation program, including sending thank-you gifts to clients.
Records Management:
Keep our CRM, Project Management Software and scheduling tools up to date with accurate contact info, gate codes, and logs.
Solving Problems:
Be an empathetic ear for clients to report issues; then, work with our team to quickly resolve concerns.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
No direct industry experience is required, but 1-3 years in customer service, administrative support, or logistics is a major plus.
Communication:
Clear, confident, and professional communication skills. You must be comfortable speaking with busy team members, construction professionals, and field crews.
Organization:
High attention to detail with the ability to track multiple active job sites and dispatch schedules simultaneously.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable learning new CRM, project management, and routing software.
Team Player:
Adaptable and ready to support the field team and management when weather events or urgent compliance deadlines drive up call volume.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
