Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for overcoming price objections? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who possesses proven skills in spin selling techniques to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and our skilled repair technicians. Your expertise in addressing customer inquiries and effectively managing pricing discussions will be essential in ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls and welcoming walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments while gathering important customer and vehicle information in advance.
- Accurately prepare, maintain, and close repair orders, clearly documenting customer vehicle issues.
- Review service histories and recommend additional services, providing detailed written estimates to customers.
- Utilize your expertise in overcoming price objections and spin selling techniques to ensure customers understand the value of our services and secure necessary approvals for any pricing changes.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
- Keep customers informed about service repairs and parts availability.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Heavy Truck, Diesel, or Trailer Service Writing is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Mitchell Heavy-Duty Shop Management System is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to document customer needs clearly.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective listening skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and workloads independently.
Additional Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check, including a review of employment history, criminal record, and driving record.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.50- $23.
