Job Description
Key Responsibilities Greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, and determine their RV service and repair needs. Write accurate and detailed repair orders based on customer concerns and technician recommendations. Communicate clearly with customers regarding recommended repairs, estimated costs, timelines, and changes to the scope of work. Coordinate with service technicians and the service department to prioritize and track repairs. Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their RV. Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for additional repairs when needed. Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed and charges. Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer drop-offs and pickups. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. Assist with warranty claims and manufacturer requirements as needed. Ensure repair orders are complete, accurate, and properly documented. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service reception area. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with RV owners. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in an automotive, RV, powersports, or related service environment preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and dealership/service management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work effectively with both customers and technicians. RV knowledge or experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
