RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner Obtain customer and vehicle information Provide excellent customer service to all customers Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Establish follow up time Communication skills Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently Explain all completed work and charges to customers

REQUIREMENTS

Two - Three Years Dealership Experience is
