Service Writer / Sales Advisor

MST Motorsports is looking for a Service Writer / Sales Advisor to join our team and help drive the front of the shop.

This role is all about:

Helping customers understand what their vehicle needs Recommending repairs and upgrades Keeping jobs moving smoothly through the shop If you enjoy working with people and have a knack for sales and communication, this is a great opportunity to grow your income based on your performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Greet customers and guide them through the repair and service process Build estimates and explain recommended repairs and upgrades clearly Communicate with technicians to manage workflow and job progress Provide updates and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience Help keep the shop organized and running efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in automotive/powersports sales Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing repairs, maintenance, and upgrades Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once Self-motivated and goal-oriented If you've worked in a shop and have a good feel for how helping customers, recommending work, and keeping things running smoothly all tie together—you'll feel right at home here.
