Here, you'll be more of an emissary. An Assistant Customer Advocacy Artist. We are a standards-first, revenue-second, customer advocacy rooted High Reliability Organization (HRO). You'll be among the voices between our customers and our shop. That means honesty over up-selling, clarity over pressure, and advocacy for the customer every single time. You'll be paid at the rate of the skill level you bring, plus. The automotive industry can be fast paced and high intensity. It runs on fluidity and the ability to eliminate chaos by converting it into calmness. That's the environment you'll work in — and that's why we structure the way we do. Hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
