Job Summary As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice and heartbeat of Heritage Irrigation — the first person our customers connect with, and a critical hub for our field operations. This is a high-energy position where strong communication, sharp organization, and a positive attitude set the tone for the entire business. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner- Schedule service calls and manage technician routes efficiently Assist the office manager with day-to-day administrative tasks Maintain accurate customer records and service details Communicate clearly between customers and field technicians to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude Basic computer skills — scheduling software, email, and data entry Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented No irrigation experience required — we will train the right person Ready to join a team that treats you like family?
