Job Description
We are seeking an organized, dependable individual to become the first point of contact for our customers and help support daily business operations. Responsibilities Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls Create and update support tickets Route service requests to technicians Follow up with customers regarding appointments and open issues Monitor company email inboxes Administrative Support Schedule appointments and service calls Enter customer and vendor information Process invoices and basic bookkeeping data entry Assist with filing and document management Track orders and shipments Sales & Marketing Support Assist with customer quotes and proposals Follow up on leads and inquiries Maintain customer records Support company marketing initiatives and social media posting
