This role is based in Cloverdale, VA, and operates on a standard weekday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is a contract position spanning at least six months, with the potential for further extension, offering a compensation rate of $45 per hour. Core Accountabilities Utilize versatile communication strategies to address the specific requirements of diverse stakeholders and resolve interpersonal conflicts with minimal disruption. Foster enduring partnerships with our clientele by consistently providing solutions that prioritize their specific needs. Oversee operational workflows by delegating tasks effectively and clearing roadblocks to ensure project completion. Apply financial insights to drive informed business decisions while cultivating an environment of transparency, authenticity, and mutual trust. Translate client concerns into actionable troubleshooting plans, utilizing specialized diagnostic tools and software to isolate component failures and verify that repairs successfully resolve the initial issue. Evaluate failure root causes and progressive damage against service guidelines to determine warranty eligibility, ensuring all claims are accurately documented and filed for proper settlement. Manage technical escalations by gathering product data and leveraging internal resources, ensuring that complex issues are escalated appropriately while maintaining timely communication and detailed records. Maintain comprehensive service records by verifying equipment and customer data, ensuring all work performed is logged accurately within our management systems. Select and operate the necessary hardware and software diagnostic suites to perform maintenance or troubleshoot equipment, interpreting results to guide subsequent service actions. Essential Qualifications Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a preference for candidates possessing a background in the automotive sector. Prior experience working with automotive parts. Strong proficiency in utilizing computer systems and software. Expertise in the role of a Service Advisor or Writer. In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and service management systems.
