Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with gym information, and class placement.
- Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system.
- Respond to Customer Emails
- Process Payments
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with computer systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer needs.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
