Job Description

Sales Support Assistant Job Description Job Summary:
The Sales Support position reports directly to the Sales Representative, and will assist the Sales Representative in all sales and customer service functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers. Update and deliver weekly price sheets. Monitor credit and payment history for each customer. Understand your products, their cost structure, market conditions, competition, and your industry. Effectively promote our products, services, and reputation as an industry leader. Respond promptly to all customers' calls and requests. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Enter and monitor customer orders. Maintain good working relationships and communication with management and accounting.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Education High School Desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Thrive and possess a strong commitment to work in a team environment as well as independently. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and high workloads while maintaining high-quality work.
