Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via PHONE, then email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. Provide accurate information regarding products and services Assist customers with order processing, quoting and scheduling. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through our systems. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently. Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience with customer service is an important plus. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to customer issues. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
