English Research Windows Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:

Provide front desk duty. Assist other administrative staff and operation staff when needed. Supply ordering Assist with collecting timesheet for payroll department Monitoring time attendance system Support other departments when needed Qualifications 2+ year of experience. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish (bilingual) Excellent written and research skills. Will need to be self-motivated, willing to dig for information, a team player, and able to work with minimal supervision. Well-developed application software skills in Windows environment, with emphasis in Microsoft Office applications, Outlooks, PDF Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the company and subcontractors. Mon-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
