Dental Assistant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team by ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, administrative capabilities, and a passion for the patient. Duties As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Taking and dental radiographs (X-rays) and CBCT scans Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation Assisted hygiene Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations Utilizing dental software such as Dentrix Experience To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and knowledge: X-Ray certification with 1yr dental experience Proficiency in using Dentrix Strong understanding of dental terminology, and procedure knowledge Experience with customer service and patient care Ability to work well within a team and independently without being micro-managed We welcome applicants who are eager to grow professionally, possess excellent communication skills, and are committed to providing exceptional patient care.
