AFB, VA . ECS
is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to support a portfolio of dynamic initiatives for a Department of War (DoW) customer. These initiatives include Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration, as well as User Interface (UI) support. The ideal candidate is a former Intelligence Analyst who has 5-7 years of experience in analyzing and exploiting High-Altitude Static Imagery and Full Motion Video collected from Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms with an understanding of All-Source Intelligence analysis. Candidates must be able to use critical thinking to pinpoint key details and communicate those with mission partners effectively, assisting with program integration into intelligence mission environments. Successful candidates must be comfortable briefing distinguished visitors from both military and civilian leadership positions. Required Skills Must have an active
DOD TS/SCI
with the ability to obtain a CI Poly Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, Intelligence Studies, IT, Information Systems, or a related discipline with 5-7 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience Military or civilian experience with knowledge of the intelligence and/or operations cycles, working in the intelligence analysis field in a DoW environment Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Excellent analytical writing and briefing skills, with experience providing planned and ad hoc briefings and demonstrations for VIPs and/or distinguished visitors Demonstrated instructional capabilities to include developing and implementing training plans Proven instructional skills to include developing and preparing curriculum and conducting remote and/or classroom training events Self-starter that can work independently, thrive and communicate clearly while working in a dynamic environment during high-tempo operations Customer focused mentality to a deliver disruptive technology in an operational environment Out of area travel up to 50% and daily customer touchpoints across Langley AFB. Desired Skills Security+ certification GPC-F certification Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses Experience delivering or facilitating in-person training in a technical education environment Experience and working knowledge of at least one rapid development tool (e.g., Presenter, Captivate, Articulate) Experience working in a JOC and/or PED environment Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint) Experienced in Multi-Int Analysis & Archiving System MAAS, Arc
GIS, GETS, DCGS
tools, AIMES, and Google Earth Experience with data mining using M3, or open-source reporting, etc. Experience exploiting Full Motion Video (FMV) Experience exploiting High Altitude imagery Experience exploiting Publicly Available Information Understanding of national level imagery product standards and customer support services Knowledge of and experience with the imagery collection process Experience as a
JFO/JTAC, ISR
Tactical Controller, Targeting Analyst, or intelligence support to FIRES.
