Description The Operations Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Operations Associate helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service and Insurance Specialist to join our fast-paced, multi faceted team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a positive experience when reaching out to our firm. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and generally provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and familiar with insurance products and processing investment account transactions. Responsibilities Provide prompt, thorough, and accurate communication to client questions, needs, and servicing requests, via phone, email, and in-person. Maintain detailed records of client interactions in Customer relationship management system. Team collaboration to complete individual tasks or work on projects of larger scale.

Insurance products:

Assist clients with new quotes, updating policies, payments, and other services regarding eligibility and coverages to educate the client on costs and benefits, claim submissions, and billing.

Investment advisor support:

Schedule appointments and maintain calendar, processing documentation and servicing requests to assist advisor. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Processes new accounts, account transfers, contributions/redemptions, beneficiary changes Coordinates state, SEC, and FINRA licensing. Handles miscellaneous operational activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of insurance products and the financial industry. BA/B S degree in finance-related field from an accredited institution Excellent customer service skills Highly organized with strong time management skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications Salary is commensurate with experience 3-5 years Client Services experience in financial or insurance industry We offer a great working environment in a beautiful and professional office location.
