As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, satisfying service experience. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously. Assess and accurately document customer vehicle service needs. Clearly communicate vehicle issues, recommended repairs, and associated costs to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service. Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions. Follow up with customers regarding service status and post-service satisfaction. Promote additional services or maintenance products as appropriate. Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
