Part-time to Full-time (based on program schedule) Job Summary Turtleback Robotics Academy is seeking a reliable, organized, and people-focused Operations and Program Coordinator to manage daily academy operations and support program delivery. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring smooth front-office operations, positive client experiences, instructor coordination, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the academy runs efficiently and professionally
• Serve as the primary front-desk and client-facing representative
• Welcome parents, students, and visitors and introduce academy programs and services
• Explain how the academy operates and present enrollment options
• Ensure all required waivers and documentation are completed before participation
• Enforce safety rules and verify required safety equipment is worn
• Maintain a clean, organized learning environment
• Coordinate instructor schedules and manage calendars
• Assist with curriculum planning
• Substitute instruct non-technical lessons when needed
• Enforce academy rules and procedures consistently Qualifications
• Prior teaching experience or experience working with children (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Interest in education or STEM preferred
• Lifetime no criminal background Schedule Hours based on class schedules. Some evenings or weekends may be required. Compensation & Benefits
