This position¿s primary responsibility is supporting customers through call center operions, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience across all communicion channels. In the call center function, the associe responds promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communicion plforms, providing accure informion, resolving issues, and processing orders as required. The associe conducts follow-up communicions as needed, maintains accure customer and transaction records, and demonstres strong communicion skills and professionalism to build customer trust and sisfaction. Supports retail floor operions during periods of increased demand. Greets customers, assists with product selection, provides knowledgeable recommendions, and processes transactions accurely and efficiently. Maintains a clean, organized sales environment and supports merchandising, inventory, and restocking activities to ensure smooth store operions. Expected to demonstre an ¿I can do th¿ mindset, proactively working to resolve customer needs and eleve issues when approprie. As a representive of both the Marine Corps and TMS, the associe upholds high standards of professionalism and serves as a brand ambassador in all interactions. The position requires the ability to remain current on products, promotions, and store initiives, and to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on customer sisfaction and operional excellence. The associe adheres to all safety regulions, promptly reports hazards or incidents, and complies with EEO policies and workplace standards. This is a mixed-duty position requiring the ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance. Performs other reled duties as assigned. EVALUATIONS
Qualificions High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience working in customer-facing operions is required. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sales systems, basic mh and register experience are required. Good communicion and interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, and a positive, friendly titude. Ability to read and understand opering standards and procedures and work within the position to execute these standards properly and coach others within the team to do so with a high degree of skill and confidence. Ability to work in a high-performance mosphere with commitment to service and sales goals. Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings as needed. Some travel may be required.
