Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes visitors, manages reservations, and ensures smooth front desk operations. Your energy and customer-focused mindset will drive guest satisfaction and foster a welcoming environment. Whether handling check-ins, addressing guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional hospitality service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) Smile, have fun, and be energetic! Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, professional check-in and check-out experience. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and attention to detail. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and ensure all requests are followed up on. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions to provide concierge-level service. Communicate important guest information to relevant departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Properly storing any lost items and reporting any damage or maintenance problems to the shift supervisor. Accurately process payments and ensure proper credit card procedures are followed in compliance with PCI standards. Maintain an organized and professional front desk area, following all shift checklist items. Assist in other front office roles as needed. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest inquiries via phone communication with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, arrivals, departures, and billing details in property management systems (PMS) Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless guest services and resolve any issues promptly Previous experience in hotels or front desk operations preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle guest relations effectively in a fast-paced setting Customer service experience

Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
