Director of Customer Experience Position Summary:
Join our innovative team as a Master Key Specialist ! Use cutting-edge software to design and develop master key systems tailored to meet our customers' security needs. You'll consult with clients to understand their requirements, answer their questions, and educate them on system architecture.
Essential Functions:
Design & Production:
Create master key systems based on customer specifications, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to top security standards. This includes order processing.
Record Maintenance:
Accurately manage and update key system records for each client, reflecting any system changes or upgrades.
Customer Interaction:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their system design questions and educating them on key system architecture and best practices.
Policy Enforcement:
Uphold and enforce key control policies and procedures, aligning with industry standards and client-specific requirements.
Process Improvement:
Proactively identify and contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of key system design and support.
Compliance:
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Additional Duties:
Undertake other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office databases, spreadsheets, and word processing. Experience with CAD software or system design tools is preferred. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to manage highly detailed tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to clients in clear, concise language.
Customer Service:
Demonstrated customer service skills; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Industry Knowledge:
