You will support the back-office operations essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is committed to providing top-notch customer care. Objectives Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, schedule services, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain accurate customer records, process service requests, and handle billing and payment processing.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between customers and service teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
Retention:
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and increase customer retention. Interact with clients while promoting our core values and mission. Continue to update job knowledge and work with team members to ensure we are working according to the best management practices. Selling or up-selling Services to existing customers and prospects.

Accuracy in handling data, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Willingness to collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or back-office roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Familiarity with CRM software and office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge or interest in lawn care or landscaping is a plus!
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
