In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while managing transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues. Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively. Stock shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support. Communicate clearly with customers both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with inventory management and restocking as necessary. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers. Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Ability to supervise and guide team members when required. Attention to detail in maintaining stock levels and store presentation. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
