Job Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House (FOH) team member who loves working with people and can confidently prepare bowls while delivering top-tier customer service. If you're positive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude Take orders accurately and efficiently Prepare bowls consistently according to CupsPops standards Provide excellent customer service and handle questions with confidence Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and prep area Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy times What We're Looking For Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail when preparing bowls and orders Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
