Customer Service Representative (CSR) Collision Center

Metro Motor Collision Vienna is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing collision center team. This role is ideal for someone who is strong with customer communication, administrative organization, and accounting support, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment. We are seeking someone who can confidently manage front office operations, assist customers throughout the repair process, and take ownership of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities. Compensation $62,000•75,000 annually Compensation based on experience, organization, communication skills, and overall performance

Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM•5:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM•2:00 PM Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front Office Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions, scheduling, and repair updates Schedule customer appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience Communicate with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and payment information Maintain organized customer records and repair documentation Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (A/R & A/P) Receive and process customer payments accurately Manage Accounts Receivable follow-up and collections Process vendor invoices and assist with Accounts Payable responsibilities Maintain organized billing and payment records Reconcile invoices, receipts, and vendor statements Coordinate with management regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules Administrative Support Assist management with office organization and daily operational support Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy Support communication between technicians, estimators, vendors, and customers Help ensure smooth workflow throughout the collision repair process Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (A/R & A/P) experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Administrative or office management experience preferred Automotive, collision center, or repair shop experience is a plus Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Basic computer proficiency required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly and professional with customers Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling billing and payment responsibilities Able to multitask efficiently in a busy shop environment Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
