Our growing service department is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills. Job Responsibilities Greet customers, estimating repair cost, and advising customer of needed repair Schedule appointments. Dispatch work to the technicians. Follow up with the customer on progress. Close out repair orders Have the ability to multitask. Promotes an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale. Job Requirements Must have previous advisor experience Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Qualification Questions
