Avelux Body and wellness - Woodbridge, VA We are a growing wellness and skincare clinic seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Patient Coordinator/Sales Associate to join our team.

Schedule:

Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries Schedule appointments and manage bookings Conduct basic consultations and recommend services Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings Assist with client check-out and rebooking Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-driven mindset with confidence recommending services Organized and dependable Comfortable using booking systems and responding to leads Bonus (not required): Experience in a spa, med spa, or wellness setting If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are motivated to grow with a fast-paced clinic, we would love to hear from you.

Pay:
