Customer Service Representative

Description Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following): o Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact. o Process orders and assignments. o Enter data into computer system. o Reference pricing and delivery information. o Respond to customer questions, complaints and requests. o Set up new records and maintain existing records. o Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties. o Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals. o Follow well-established procedures and under close direction of supervisor. o Open to learning automobile titling o Assist with other office functions as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
