Salary Range:

Responsibilities What You'll Be Responsible For Assisting clients with personal insurance policies (home, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.) Quoting new business and explaining coverage options clearly Processing policy changes, renewals, claims and cancellations Responding to client questions and service requests Maintaining accurate and organized client documentation Following carrier guidelines and agency procedures Most daily tasks are structured and repeatable. This role requires responsiveness to client needs and the ability to stay organized in a moderately fast-paced environment.
