What You'll Do Support the Commercial Lines team with day-to-day client service and administrative responsibilities. Assist with insurance policy documentation, updates, and service requests. Respond to client inquiries and help ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Work closely with Account Managers and other team members to keep processes running smoothly. Help coordinate renewals, policy changes, and other insurance-related activities. Develop your knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance through hands-on experience and training. What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a professional business environment. Commercial Lines insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working with technology and learning new systems.
