Hourly wage will be adjusted based on experience.
Benefits:
Full-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available. Job Summary To be the liaison between Killington Pico Ski Resort (Rental Manager), HOA Boards and Owners of Killington Grand Hotel and Condos under the Killington Resort Lodging umbrella. As liaison, you will respond to emails and calls and make reservations, develop and file supporting documents, monitor the online portals and be the owner guest services representative. In addition, the position does require a high level of administrative duties including development of meeting notes from HOA owner meetings, and owner communications.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Respond to emails and phone messages in a timely fashion. Answer the owner's services line Owner bookings, cancellations, and Space A inquiries and bookings. Mostly GH owners with some KRV owners Assist with Rental income questions (amount of rental income, RCI cleaning fees & past due balances.) and HOA account inquiries Assist Owners in person, with general questions or needs they may have including training on utilizing owner tools Owner Card processing for both hotel and condo owners. Liaison between Owner, Exchange Programs (RCI and Interval International) including verification, booking and preparations of the stay. Liaison between owners and Killington management. Assist in development of Owner Newsletter and other communications Send reservation reminders through SMS. Work closely with Owner Services Lead, Director of Hospitality, Finance Manager, Lodging Operations Manager in managing the collection and distribution of all HOA related materials. A detailed timeline has been crafted. Assist Owner Services Lead in drafting agenda and preparing and distributing all materials for all meetings Assist in managing the return of proxy's and send updated to BOD president of the tally. May be asked to take meeting minutes, or develop minutes from notes taken Work with Owner Services Lead on developing Owner Meetings with Conference Sales and Management. Update owner website with all offers, forms, and documents as necessary. Send periodic email updates for the BOD president to the owners Familiarize and assist owners with the online portals including owner reservation portal, website, ticket portal and Buildium GH owners: prepare interval calendars for next four years Send confirmations and reminders Train in various hotel positions (front desk, spa, housekeeping) to assist with team support. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Basic education (high school) Four to five years of relevant work experience and/or trades training, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities Professional and strong ability to multitask Previous administrative experience preferred Strong knowledge of Office 365 programs, Excel, Adobe, etc. Ability to perform all job duties.
