The Position:
Whistle Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. . We are looking for a professional, animal-loving individual who thrives in a positive, challenging environment and aligns with our mission of providing exceptional service. Requirements:
1+ year experience as a receptionist (veterinary reception experience is a big plus!) Strong client service skills
High School Diploma/ GED Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and providing prompt and friendly service Scheduling appointments and procedures, checking clients and patients in and out, processing invoices Handling prescription refills after obtaining medical clerk's license Creating and updating client and patient records Accurately relaying the client's medical concerns regarding their pet to the technical staff and doctor Working well with the public and other team members Maintaining a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Help to foster a culture based on our clinic's core values: Compassion, Communication, and Consistency.

Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
