Cashier/Customer Service

Operate the cash register and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately. Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to promote sales. Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies. Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring resolution satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when handling inquiries. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic retail math calculations accurately. A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and enhancing their shopping experience. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus but not required.
