We're looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our brand-new 7-Eleven location! As a Store Associate , you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Responsibilities Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all customers. Operate the POS register accurately for sales, returns, and cash handling. Follow all cash management and loss prevention procedures. Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are always available and appealing. Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory accuracy. Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and team members. This includes restrooms Educate customers about promotions, new products, and loyalty programs. Support new team members when needed and promote a positive work environment. Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience handling cash and operating POS systems. Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory counts. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Previous convenience store or retail experience preferred, but not required.
