Full-time Overview:

This person will be the front line in communicating with service customers. They will communicate with customers in person, on the phone, by email and through other digital means. A main function of this job will be writing and cashiering repair estimates and repair orders.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in sales, customer relations or related position Excellent customer service skills Superior organizational skills Problem-solving and listening skills Patient disposition and ability to resolve customer concerns High proficiency in keyboarding/typing and using various computer applications Teachable; willing to learn new tasks Willingness to load and unload motorcycles, atvs, utvs, snowmobiles and ability to safely lift 75lbs Helps if applicant has: Basic knowledge of parts and mechanics of Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and Snowmobiles. Prior experience is a plus but we will happily train the right applicant
