Keep Things Organized:
Schedule service appointments, set expectations surrounding our customer experience, and customer care follow up. Support the

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes Familiarity with Service Price Guides and estimating repair costs Commitment to providing exceptional customer service To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
