Part-Time Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative Good Guys Heating, Air and Electrical Lake Stevens, WA Good Guys Heating, Air and Electrical is a family-owned and locally operated company looking for a reliable, motivated, and personable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, self-sufficient, customer-focused, and enjoys being part of a positive team environment.

Schedule Tuesday-Thursday:

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Some Saturdays required for booth/event operations Pay $17.13-$20.00 per hour (DOE) Responsibilities Inbound and outbound customer calls Scheduling customer appointments Providing excellent customer service Office assistant and administrative support Making "happy calls" to customers and collecting reviews Assisting with company booths/events on select Saturdays Supporting daily office operations as needed Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Reliable and punctual Fast learner with a positive attitude Self-sufficient and motivated ("go-getter" mentality) Team player who works well with others Organized and detail-oriented Why Join Good Guys?
