  • 27/hour DOE + commission Equivalent to approximately $36,000
  • 54,000 annually, depending on experience, plus commission.
Job Summary Farmers Insurance District 07 is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to support agency growth by delivering excellent customer service while also identifying sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and is comfortable balancing customer service with sales activity. The CSSR plays an important role in supporting clients, handling day-to-day service needs, and contributing to agency growth. Responsibilities Assist clients with policy questions, billing needs, coverage changes, and service requests Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer support Help retain existing clients through strong service and follow-up Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage Quote and sell insurance products, including auto, home, life, and other personal lines products Follow up on leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities Maintain accurate client records and activity in agency systems Support the agency team with day-to-day administrative and sales activities Help create a strong overall client experience Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new systems and processes Able to multitask in a team environment Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Comfortable making recommendations and asking for business Insurance experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate Property & Casualty license preferred Life license is a plus Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if not currently licensed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: enjoys helping people and solving problems brings professionalism and positive energy to the office can balance service responsibilities with sales opportunities is coachable, motivated, and team-oriented wants a long-term career with growth potential What We Offer $18
