Job Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent client experiences by paying attention to details such as the pet's name and remembering the client when they return for another visit. Taking payments accurately Answering phone calls, which involves fielding questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments Handling incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail Scheduling appointments Documenting and maintaining client information, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software Obtaining / maintaining WA Veterinary Medication Clerk certification if not already in possession Promoting preventative care for patients, clinic initiatives, and doctors' recommendations.Job Requirements include:
Genuinely enjoy working with people and animals Comfortable de-escalating difficult, stressful situations in a professional and diplomatic manner Able to use POS software systems and handle transactions accurately Able to work independently and as part of team, with all levels of hospital team members Prior experience with AVImark beneficial but not requiredPay:
