We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing crew. You'll be the voice of Kitsap Garage Doors—supporting customers through phone, email, and chat while creating outstanding service experiences that keep them coming back. Deliver top-notch service with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach. Work across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to solve problems and provide updates. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Recognize opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer. Work closely with technicians and team members to ensure seamless service. 1+ year in a customer service role (bonus points if it's in home services or tech!) High school diploma or equivalent.
