Emily's Garage | Tacoma, WA Starting $30-$40/hour DOE + Performance Bonuses We're growing. And we're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. Emily's Garage is a locally owned, multi-location automotive company built on one simple idea: Treat people with respect. Give clear answers. Build something worth being proud of. Every day, we help rideshare drivers, families, small business owners, commuters, students, and people from all over the world keep their lives moving. We're looking for a Service Writer / Service Manager who can lead from the front. Someone who can communicate, organize, solve problems, and create an experience customers actually remember. ⭐
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome customers and build trust Write estimates and explain repairs clearly Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians Keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently Solve problems quickly and professionally Help improve systems and processes Support team growth and shop culture Lead by example ⭐
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Automotive service advisor experience preferred Management experience is a plus Fluent English required Spanish-speaking highly preferred Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated Positive attitude Reliable and accountable ⭐
