This role is about owning the entire breakroom experience , from coffee machines to micro markets to water and ice services. Why Work for Us Structured onboarding and training to learn our brands and systems Food and beverage employee discounts Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay Medical / Dental / Vision / Supplemental Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with company participation Mental health benefits Life insurance What You'll Do You'll support and maintain a variety of breakroom services across customer locations: Coffee Services Clean, maintain, and restock coffee equipment Ensure consistent quality and presentation Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed Micro Markets Stock and merchandise unattended markets (snacks, fresh food, beverages, frozen items) Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize spoilage Keep displays clean, organized, and inviting (Micro markets are self-service breakrooms with shelving, refrigerators, and freezers offering snacks, fresh meals, drinks, and frozen items.) Water & Ice Service Maintain and service water machines and ice units Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and supply levels What Success Looks Like Breakrooms are clean, stocked, and visually appealing Coffee, food, and beverages are fresh and consistently available Equipment downtime is minimal and quickly resolved You stay organized and ahead of issues, not reacting to them Customers trust that everything will just work Who This Role Is Great For This role is ideal for someone who enjoys routine, ownership, and visible results.
