This position is the first and last impression of our club. You will engage with members and guests, manage reservations, process transactions, and help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe facility. This is a dual-role position with approximately a 50/50 split between Front Desk and Golf Desk responsibilities , subject to operational needs and management discretion.

What You'll Do:

Member & Guest Experience Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure Provide information on golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, and club programs Manage reservations for courts, lessons, classes, and events Answer phone and email inquiries professionally Resolve member concerns quickly and respectfully Uphold club policies consistently and professionally Front Desk & Golf Desk Operations Process payments (cash, card, check) using POS systems Monitor driving range and facility access Restock golf range buckets and desk supplies Execute opening and closing procedures Complete shift reports and communicate important notes Maintain a clean, organized desk and lobby environment Support retail and food & beverage transactions Facility Support Assist with light cleaning and upkeep (courts, fitness areas, bathrooms, common spaces) Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Help maintain a safe, controlled environment for members and guests What We're Looking For 1+ year customer service experience (required) Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Comfortable enforcing club policies professionally Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Gmail, Sheets) Sales experience (preferred) Certifications Required WA State Food Handler's Permit (must obtain) MAST Class 12 or 13 Permit (must obtain) First Aid/CPR (preferred) Schedule Requirements Must have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
