Job Description

Weekend Customer Service Lead Chet Johnson Drugs - Amery, WI Part-Time Chet Johnson Drugs is seeking a dependable and motivated Weekend Customer Service Lead to oversee front-end operations and provide leadership during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is committed to maintaining high standards in customer service and store operations. Weekend availability is required for this position. Candidates must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) with no exceptions. Position Summary As the Weekend Customer Service Lead, you will serve as the primary leader on duty during weekend hours. You will help ensure that team members stay on task, company standards are consistently maintained, and customers receive exceptional service. This position plays a critical role in creating a positive shopping experience and supporting smooth store operations when other management team members are not present. Responsibilities Lead and support all customer service team members during weekend shifts Ensure employees remain productive and focused throughout their shifts Uphold customer service standards and address customer concerns professionally Monitor the appearance and organization of the sales floor, keeping displays stocked and presentable Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure completion Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations Assist with training and coaching team members Communicate important updates, concerns, and operational issues to management Assist customers with purchases, returns, and product questions Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Jump in wherever needed to support the team and ensure a successful weekend operation Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred but not needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and ability to motivate others Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Schedule Part-time between 13 and 32 hours Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Additional weekday hours may be available for candidates seeking more than the 13-hour minimum.
